MOTIV8 FITNESS Class Example

In this post we want to provide an example for what a typical strength and conditioning fitness class could look like. Our strength and conditioning classes are led by expert coaches. We use a combination of dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells and resistance bands in each session along with machines to build strength and increase fitness levels.

Below you will find our sample “A” workout for September 2022. Our workouts follow a carefully planned sequence which means that we rotate sessions throughout the week and month to ensure members continue to get results.
