Strength & Conditioning Classes

We offer small group fitness classes in Waterford. The maximum capacity for every class is eight people per session. This means that our coaches help you every step of the way throughout your workouts- offering suggestions, advice and ensuring you stay safe for the entire time you train with us.

Our strength & conditioning classes are developed on a four-week rotation to ensure that you continue to get results! Choose from two options: 8 sessions per month or unlimited sessions each month.

You will use a variety of equipment in these sessions including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and other cardiovascular equipment.
