We’re excited to announce that registration is now open for our new term programmes starting in September 2024.

We offer three unique programmes tailored to meet the diverse needs of children in Waterford.

Youth Gym Classes in Waterford

These classes offer a fun, supportive environment where kids aged 11-15 can develop a love for fitness while making new friends. We plan classes to meet your child at their current developmental level. Experienced and vetted coaches that have a passion for youth fitness lead each class.

Variety and fun occur through a mix of games, activities and group challenges. This unique format helps build confidence and camaraderie in a small group setting.

Participants complete one or two sessions week throughout the eight week term.

Youth Fitness Classes are an excellent way to ensure your child remains active, builds healthy habits and increases their self-confidence.

Down Syndrome Fitness Classes in Waterford

Coach Lauren creates sessions that focus on building strength, balance and coordination for people with Down Syndrome. Classes take place in our private gym in Waterford and this programme is best suited for people with Down Syndrome from 11 years of age.

Down Syndrome Classes help increase muscle tone, boost self-esteem and are a great avenue to make new friends. Participants do not need experience in gyms to partake in classes. Our eight week programme welcomes everyone; whether new to fitness or experienced.

Join us this September and help your child flourish in a setting that celebrates every achievement, big or small.

Autism Friendly Fitness Classes in Waterford

Creating an inclusive space where all children feel comfortable is at the heart of our Autism Friendly Youth Fitness Classes. Classes are tailored for kids aged 11-16 and sessions take place in a private and spacious space.

Group size is small in this format as it allows our coaches to cater to the preferences of each participant.
