For The Girls: A Fun and New Fitness Program
At Motiv8 Fitness, we believe exercise should be fun, exciting, and something you look forward to. That’s why we’re so excited to share our new program, “For The Girls”!
It’s all about helping participants feel strong, confident, and happy while trying new activities in a fun and supportive space.
With our amazing coach, Lauren Murphy, leading the way, every session will be an experience to remember.
Meet Lauren Murphy: Your Coach
Lauren Murphy is an expert coach who loves helping people of all abilities feel their best through exercise. She has been coaching at Motiv8 Fitness since July 2023 and has worked with a wide variety of groups, including camogie teams, Irish dancers, soccer teams, and individuals with disabilities.
Lauren has a degree in Health & Exercise Science from SETU Waterford and is certified as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. Before joining Motiv8 Fitness, Lauren gained experience creating special programs for kids and adults at invincABLE in Waterford. She also helped people with Autism, Down Syndrome, and stroke survivors stay active in a safe and fun way.
Lauren has loved sports and fitness her whole life. She earned her black belt in kickboxing and even competed in jiu-jitsu. Now, she enjoys CrossFit, drawing, spending time with friends, and enjoying coffee from Molly’s in Tramore, which she says is the best in Waterford!
