Youth Fitness Classes in Waterford
At Motiv8 Fitness, we want to help kids aged 11 to 16 get stronger, feel more confident, make new friends, and enjoy fitness. Our safe and fun classes are a great way for kids to stay active and healthy.

At Motiv8 Fitness, we design fitness classes just for kids. Unlike other gyms, we don’t copy adult workouts and call them youth programmes. Our coaches are experts in helping kids grow stronger and more confident. They create sessions that are perfect for each child’s age and abilities.

Kids often don’t have enough options for exercise. School P.E. might not be enough, and most gyms don’t allow younger members. That’s why we have created small-group gym classes for kids aged 11-16.

January & February Term Gym Classes for Kids
Our next term starts the week of 6th January 2024 and runs for six weeks.

We know families have busy schedules. That’s why our fitness classes for teens and kids are flexible:
6-Week Term: No long-term contracts.
Choose Your Schedule: 1 or 2 classes per week.

6 total sessions (1 per week): €84
12 total sessions (2 per week): €168
