Autism Friendly Gym Classes in Waterford
We continue to expand our Autism Friendly Gym Classes since the launch of our pilot autism friendly fitness programme in association with WASAA that started in Summer 2024.
However, we know there are more kids in Waterford that want to improve their strength, fitness and coordination but do not have the opportunity to do so.
Free Autism Friendly ”Taster” Gym Classes in September 2024
We understand that it can take some time for your child to get around to the idea of a new environment and participate in an exercise programme, As a parent…you might not be sure if you’ll receive full value if you sign up for something and your child does not follow through with it for one reason or another.
We get it.
That’s why we’re offering your child the opportunity to participate in one of our open classes for free. Your child will have the opportunity to try a class, see what our gym looks like and meet our expert coaches that have a passion for developing youth fitness.
This class is best suited for children ages 11-16 and experience with gyms or fitness is not required.
The free open classes will take place at our private and spacious gym, Motiv8 Fitness in Crystal Sport & Leisure Centre, Waterford.

September & October 2024 Autism Friendly Gym Classes

Each session will take place at our private and spacious gym on the Cork Rd in Waterford from 11:30am to 12:30pm on the following dates:

Classes are suitable for participants ages 11 to 16 and the total cost for the full term of eight classes is €100.
