Fun and Friendly Fitness for People with Down Syndrome

 

Coach Lauren runs special fitness classes to help people with Down Syndrome build strength, balance, and coordination. These sessions are held in our private gym in Waterford and are perfect for anyone aged 11 and up.

Our classes are all about feeling good, making friends, and getting stronger.

You don’t need any gym experience to join—everyone is welcome, whether you’re new to fitness or already active.

Class Dates: January 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st; February 7th & 14th
Class Time: 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM
