I am a member of Motiv8 fitness over a year now when I joined first I had a problem with my right arm it was an old injury and wasn’t sure could they help me, but they have transformed my arm and gave me confidence again. Kevin and Lauren are brilliant trainers and are there to help you every step of the way. Your fitness plan is changed monthly and is great fun training there. I look forward to going to the gym now. I would highly recommend movit8 fitness.

I had back to back multiple knee surgeries and had been struggling to get strength back in the knee. Exercises in the gym were not working for me. Kevin and Lauren made a tailored plan and the progress that I have made over last 4-5 months has been unreal. Still a lot of work for me to do, but Kevin and Lauren have helped me to get pretty much back to normal life. Cant recommend Motiv8 enough.
I started my journey with Kevin and Lauren a couple of months ago, as I have back issues, and I'm not a natural gym goer!! At 51 yrs old, I never enjoyed going to mainstream gym. Since joining Motiv8 fitness, i do the strength and conditioning class, I enjoy going, as the classes are fun and friendly, while achieving goals. As the classes are small and Kevin is so knowledgeable with injuries, i no longer feel scared of weights, as the coaches are there to ensure I'm using the correct technique so as not to injure myself. It's great to see other people of all ages in class, and we motivate one another. At motive8 fitness, there are a number of packages available that suit needs and budget to help achieve goals. I highly recommend Motiv8 Fitness for all fitness requirements.
My son has been attending the Motiv8 youth fitness sessions for the last year and thoroughly enjoys them - his strength and fitness has improved so much in the last year and is a great complement to his main sport.Because I was so impressed with Dylan’s improvement , I decided to try myself and have been attending weekly PT, semi PT and strength & conditioning class with Kevin &Lauren. I am thoroughly enjoying the classes - something new each week and a great environment to train in . There are a variety of times & classes so something to suit everyone .
My son attends the teenage boy Strength & conditioning classes with Kevin and absolutely loves it. Never a sporty child, it is brilliant to see how much he loves going every week, so much so he took on an extra class and is now going twice weekly! Highly recommend 😀
Motiv8 fitness has actually changed my life for the better both physically and mentally. I am recovering from an injury and both Kevin and John have helped me to work my ankle safely and also exercise to strengthen it and overall fitness. Love goin to the semi private classes it's comfortable and we have some fun too. Massive thumbs up
I started training with Kevin in the middle of last year and from the start I was made feel welcome. I try to go at least 3 times a week , with Kevin or John putting you through your paces you can be guaranteed a great workout designed to meet your needs . I highly recommend Motiv8 . Seán has been carrying an injury since last Jan, he broke his leg and still wasn't getting back to playing soccer the way he should have been. Kevin and John arefantastic with him switching around the program to work with Seán. They've done great work with his confidence strength and condition. Seán continues as much of the program as he can at home he loves going to the gym.Thanks lads you're doing great work well done

I’ve been to commercial gyms before who offer classes but it’s my view that smaller group classes give better outcomes and makes it so much easier to build an exercise routine into your week. Kevin and John take away the hassle of trying to work out sets, reps, variation etc. and design a plan each week. If you’ve ever had a hard time sticking to weight training or aren’t confident with it this is honestly the type of gym that will help you most. It’s become something that I look forward to and even on the days where it’s hard to turn up, I always feel better within a few minutes of arriving.

The fun workouts, awesome music and friendly environment make it a great place to workout. Kevin will provide hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts, and always encourages you to achieve more. The workouts for the classes changes every session, so it never gets boring or repetitive. Highly recommended!😁
Must say was blown away with the depth of knowledge provided by Kevin. Given his time in America Kevin brings a fresh approach to movement and training always puts his clients need 1st and just doesn't give them the run of a mill programme. Couldn't not recommend anybody better to get involed with whether it's to improve your confidence fitness flexibility give them a shout 💪😊
