Motiv8 Fitness Waterford Introduces Exciting Summer Youth Fitness Classes to Promote Healthy and Active Lifestyles.
We are thrilled to announce the launch of our highly anticipated Summer Youth Fitness Classes program, designed to encourage children and teenagers in the local community to embrace physical activity and develop lifelong healthy habits.
These engaging and fun-filled classes will be available throughout the summer season in two separate terms, providing an excellent opportunity for youth to stay active, build strength, increase sport performance and make new friends.

The reality is that most youths are simply not getting enough activity throughout the week and this is especially true during the summer period. Our Summer Youth Fitness Classes have been carefully crafted to combine exercise, education, and entertainment, ensuring a well-rounded and enjoyable experience for participants.
Our programmes feature specific plans to help meet participants at their current level while providing a safe environment to all types of people – regardless of background.
Qualified and enthusiastic instructors will lead the classes, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants. Whether your child is the best player or athlete on their team or simply looking to have some fun while getting fit and building their confidence- this is a not to be missed programme that is guaranteed to suit your child’s needs.
Motiv8 Fitness Youth Fitness Classes aim to achieve the following goals:
Promote physical activity: Encourage children and teenagers to engage in regular exercise to improve cardiovascular health, develop strength and flexibility, and maintain a healthy weight.
Enhance motor skills: Help participants refine their motor skills, coordination, balance, and agility through a variety of movement-based activities.
Foster social connections: Create a welcoming and inclusive environment where youth can interact, make new friends, and develop valuable social skills while participating in group exercises and team-building activities.
Educate about healthy habits: Educate participants about the importance of balanced nutrition, proper hydration, and the benefits of an active lifestyle to support their overall well-being.
