Why should I participate in the Speed, Power & Strength & Conditioning Programme?
We believe there are four distinct elements that lead to player success on the field. These are decision making, tactical awareness, overall football skill and level of physical conditioning.
During the off-season or summer period the biggest gains in these four elements can be made through increasing physical strength and fitness as players seldom train or play together or have an opportunity to increase tactical awareness of the game.
If you suffered from nagging injuries or are recovering an injury this programme is a must. In participating in the SPSC programme you can prepare for your upcoming season and get a head start on your opponents.
How many spaces are available?
We’re not going to pack large groups of youth football players into our gym as this would be doing a disservice. We recognize that this could be the first time that participants train in a gym and we want to ensure we are providing a safe and non-intimidating training atmosphere. Because of this, we have decided to limit our capacity for the Speed, Power & Strength and Conditioning Programme to just 12 individuals per session.
How do I sign up?
