Six Healthy Protein Foods in Aldi

Healthy Protein Snacks in Aldi

In this post we share six inexpensive high protein snacks from Aldi. A word of caution – many of these products are fan favourites and may not always be stocked on shelves.

Try to have one or two of these items each day if you struggle to meet your daily protein requirements. These simple additions can bump up your daily protein intake by as much as 40 to 50 grams.

How much protein do you need each day?

1.6 to 2 grams of protein per kilo of body weight is the range which should satisfy the majority of the population. For example, if you weigh 80 kilograms your protein range should be 128 to 160 grams per day.
