Classes are suitable for all fitness levels. Our small group training model allows coaches to quickly adapt exercises, ensure correct technique is used and to ensure a positive training environment.

We have Pay as You Go (PAYG) gym passes along with monthly membership options.


Our strength & conditioning classes are developed on a four-week rotation to ensure that you continue to get results! Each session consists of a full-body workout and you’ll use a variety of equipment including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and other cardiovascular equipment.


This class combines combines strength based exercises and interval training into a single session format. The first half of this session is dedicated to building strength capacity through open-ended timed intervals. The goal of the second half of each strength plus class is to increase your heart rate and burn lots of calories. Strength plus is a fast paced workout and is ideal for you if you like the idea of mixing up lifting weights with other machines such as prowlers, ropes, bike, skiing or rowing machines.
