Adult Performance Training

Whether your goal is to decrease body fat, build muscle or improve your general fitness level — our staff and exercise protocol will keep you focused, motivated and accountable.

We offer the following adult training services:

Semi-Private Training: small group 1:6 coach to client ratio | Personalized programming | Groups are limited to no more than 6 participants. Semi-Private training offers personalized programs in a group atmosphere. We will promote accountability and ensure results!

Group Fitness Classes: These fitness sessions are developed on a three-week rotation to ensure that you continue to get results! Choose from two sessions or three sessions per week. You will use a variety of equipment in these sessions including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and other cardiovascular equipment.

Remote Training:  Remote training is a flexible, low-cost option for those want to access our group fitness class programs in the comfort of their own home. Substitute exercises will be provided if you do not have access to all the equipment utilized in our group fitness classes.
