Is my child fit enough to join?
Absolutely. Our classes are inclusive, non-intimidating, and adapted for all levels.

Is this safe for my child’s age and development?
Yes. We are insured and qualified to coach youth aged 11–16, with an emphasis on safety, technique and developmentally appropriate training.

What if my child has never been in a gym before?
No problem. Most kids who start with us are beginners. Our coaches make it fun, welcoming and encouraging from day one.

What if my child has additional needs (e.g. ADHD, Autism, Dyspraxia)?
Our coaches have received training from Autastic.ie to support neurodiverse children. We work to create an inclusive environment for every child.

Do we need to use all 5 classes quickly?
No. The class pack never expires. Use them at your pace. That said, many kids end up wanting more once they start!

Can this fit around my child’s other sports training?
Yes! Many of our participants also play GAA, soccer, or basketball. Our classes help build strength, mobility, and injury resilience that carries over into their sport.
