What to Expect

 

Each 45-minute fitness class focuses on improving strength, balance, mobility, and overall wellbeing. This is not a bootcamp — it’s a structured, social, and supportive space for people over 50 who want to:

  • Gain strength

  • Improve balance

  • Move more freely

  • Live pain-free

You won’t need to share equipment, feel like you’re slowing others down, or worry about being “too unfit” to start. Every session is designed to meet you where you’re at — with clear guidance, individual attention, and no judgment.

We believe in active aging, and this programme is about helping you stay energised, independent, and connected through enjoyable, purposeful movement.

Class Times

You can choose the schedule that suits you best:

  • Tuesdays at 11:00 a.m.

  • Fridays at 11:00 a.m.

  • Or attend both!
